Exercise #1: Working out the PC muscle
The
first exercise to enlarge your penis is called the PC flex. A great
benefit of performing this exercise is increased erections. The PC
muscle is one that you have used many times before. It is the muscle

you have to do is squeeze your PC, so you can virtually do this
